This can be a lot easier than it sounds and the initial report is something I can carry out for you.  If you want to learn more about this duty either contact me or go to the HSE Web Site and download all the information you need to comply.

Office and Shop Work has more regulations to comply with than you may have thought, many of which are straight forward to deal with and I can carry out many of the asessments required for you.  Go and take a look at the HSE Office Health & Safety site and see if you are complying with everything that you should be - if not then give me a call.

 Working From Home isn't exempt from the H&S Regulations so don't be fooled by anyone that tells you differently.  If you or any of your employees work from home I recommend that you download the Home Working pdf from the HSE and read it carefully.  If you want any assistance in bringing yourself into line with the regulations please contact me.

Fire Safety is now regulated by The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO and applies to every employer or self employed person with a business premises.  The FSO requires that you carry out a Fire Risk Assessment and implement a Fire Safety Management Plan.  You will find lots of good information about how you can carry out the above at the Communities.gov.uk web site.  If after reading up on the FSO you would like some assistance putting your assessment and plan together give me a call.
